Fiven S.p.a., in accordance with D.Lgs. 24/2023 (implementation of EU Directive 2019/1937 concerning the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law and laying down provisions regarding the protection of persons who report breaches of national laws - so-called Whistleblowing), has prepared a Whistleblowing Policy and adopted its own channel for reporting violations and irregularities (unlawful acts and/or conduct, commissive or omissive, that harm the public interest or the integrity of the Company), which guarantees whistleblowers, including through encryption tools, the confidentiality of their identity and the information contained in the report as well as their protection from retaliation.
