Troubleshooting handled by MyAiP Dialogue

A technician from a company that manufactures electronic components is contacted for a repair.
During verification, the technician realizes that he needs support from the company's engineering department.
He logs on to the company website and asks the chatbot for support. Realizing that he cannot use the keyboard because he is busy verifying the components, he decides to use voice support (Voicebot).
The technician starts a dialogue with the Voicebot, which, through personalized questions/answers, collaborates with the technician until finding the solution to the problem. In this way, the technician can finish the repair without "being distracted" during his manual work.
