The ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) course provided by Fiven introduces to the fundamentals of Testing by providing tools to plan, analyze, design, execute and manage tests in software projects. Participants will acquire essential knowledge to continue with specialization paths and communicate effectively with all players in the software life cycle.

Course structure
and methods

The training program, based on the official ISTQB®
Foundation Level syllabus, includes six main modules:

Fundamentals of Testing

Software Life Cycle

Static Testing

Design Techniques

Test Management and Support Tools

The course requires no prerequisites and is structured over three days, with in-person or remote lessons.

Complete Preparation for Certification

During the course, participants alternate theoretical sessions and practical exercises to consolidate the concepts learned and apply them in real situations. The program also includes preparation for the ISTQB® Foundation Level certification exam. This training is ideal for testers, developers and other professionals involved in software development, providing a solid foundation for advancing your career and deepening further skills.

Furthermore, obtaining the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification provides the qualification to access any further courses of the ISTQB® scheme.
